Complaints and disputed payments

Most online casino disputes are about money: deposits that do not arrive, payouts that are held, bonuses that get cancelled. This page explains how to document the problem and raise it with the Ekatoto operator. It also states an uncomfortable fact: because gambling is prohibited in Indonesia and there is no domestic gambling regulator, no Indonesian body can rule on a dispute between you and the operator.

Step one: documentation

Step two: a report to operator support

Send one complete report with a short timeline, evidence and the outcome you expect. Ask for a ticket number. How to put the report together is on the support page.

The most common disputes

Missing deposit: usually resolved with the reference number. Held payout: often unfinished KTP verification, a mismatched account name or an active bonus. Cancelled bonus: often a bet above the maximum stake or an excluded game. Knowing the usual causes lets you check your own side before complaining.

Step three: written escalation

If the first answer does not solve it, escalate in writing and ask the operator to cite the rule it relied on, with a reference to the relevant clause of its terms. A written answer is much easier to assess than a chat reply.

The legal reality

Foreign operators sometimes name a regulator in their home jurisdiction, and some regulators accept complaints. But because the activity itself is prohibited in Indonesia, we cannot promise that a player from Indonesia will get a resolution through that route. Keep that in mind before leaving a large balance in any account.

If it was fraud

If you paid a fake page or a personal account posing as the operator, contact your bank or wallet provider immediately and report the transaction. The sooner you report, the better the chance the money can be traced.

A good timeline

Keep it short and in order: deposit date, method and amount, reference number, when you requested the payout, the status shown, and support's replies so far. Stick to facts and evidence rather than accusations; calm, tidy reports are acted on more often than long angry ones.

Preventing the next dispute

Most disputes can be prevented: finish KTP verification early, use wallets and accounts in your own name, read bonus terms before ticking, and keep proof of every transaction.

What this site cannot do

We cannot contact the operator on your behalf, access your account or guarantee an outcome. We can only help you build a strong report.
