Tennis betting
Tennis is an individual sport with layered scoring: points, games, sets. That structure creates its own markets. This page explains them in general terms without naming tournaments or odds available at Ekatoto.
Match winner
A two-way market with no draw. Because players can differ greatly in level, favourites often carry very short odds.
Set and game handicaps
A set handicap gives a virtual set advantage, for example requiring the favourite to win in straight sets. A game handicap works on the number of games across the match.

Illustration only: player A is -3.5 games. If the match ends 6-3, 6-4, A has won 12 games and B 7, a difference of five, so a bet on A wins. If it ends 7-6, 6-4, the difference is three, and a bet on B at +3.5 wins.
Total games
Over/under on the number of games. Close matches tend to produce more games, and tie-breaks affect the total.
If a player retires
Injuries mid-match are not rare in tennis. Settlement rules for a retirement differ between bookmakers: some void the bet, others settle it if a set has been completed. Read this rule before betting, because it decides whether your money comes back.
Point-by-point betting
Tennis offers markets that settle very quickly, such as the winner of the next game. That rhythm resembles fast casino games and carries the same risk: many small decisions in a short time. If you feel pulled to bet on every game, that is a signal to stop.
Surfaces and time zones
Clay, grass and hard courts suit different styles, and big servers tend to do better on fast surfaces. That is already in the odds, but it explains why a player's price changes between tournaments. Many big events also fall late at night in Indonesia; decisions made tired are rarely better. Because matches overlap across courts, check your open slips before adding new ones and before requesting a payout.
Qualifiers and smaller events
Matches at lower levels are covered less and information is scarce. Prices on such matches can swing sharply on small amounts of money. For anyone who does not follow the tour in detail, major matches with open information are far easier to understand, and skipping the rest costs nothing. A long list of small matches on one evening is also a classic route into betting far more often than planned.
