Visa at Ekatoto
Card payments are familiar worldwide, but they are the least predictable route for an Indonesian reader. Whether Visa appears in the Ekatoto cashier at all, and whether your bank lets the payment through, are two separate questions. Withdrawing when you paid by card
Many cashiers do not send winnings back to a card, or return only up to the amount deposited by card and pay the rest another way. Check the withdrawal tab before paying in. If the only payout options are bank accounts or e-wallets, prepare one in your own name, matching the name on the card and the verified KTP.
Why issuers decline
Card issuers can block payments to merchants coded as gambling, and policies differ from bank to bank. A decline is not an error by you or necessarily by the cashier. Retrying the same card repeatedly can lead the bank to flag or freeze the card, so after one decline it is better to stop and ask your bank rather than try again.
Currency and fees
If the casino account runs in rupiah and the card is charged in another currency, or the merchant is abroad, the bank may add a foreign transaction fee and apply its own exchange rate. Those charges come from the bank and appear on the statement, not in the cashier.
